Neha Pachauri
Neha Pachauri currently works as a process engineering manager at Amazon, where her team is responsible for designing and implementing process automation and improvements.
Neha Pachauri (she/her) grew up in India, where she her bachelor of science and master of science degrees in physics. After completing her post-graduation, she worked as a physics lecturer for two years before embarking on her Ph.D. adventure at University of Alabama in the U.S. Her doctoral research focused on the fabrication and study of epitaxial spinel ferrite films with low microwave loss using Chemical Vapor Deposition. In 2014, she transitioned to industry, joining Intel Corporation’s Dielectric Thin Films group. During her tenure as a senior integration yield engineer and staff process engineer, she defined roadmaps, conducted experiments to enhance material and equipment configurations for new technology processes, and devised strategies to address challenges in high-volume manufacturing. She joined Amazon in 2020 and currently works as a process engineering manager. Her team is responsible for designing and implementing process automation and improvements to deliver high-quality, self-service software that supports Amazon’s third-party sellers.
