Kevin Kase
Kevin joined APS in 2020 after more than 20 years as a nonprofit leader. He is eager to help donors fulfill their passions and interests as he works to foster a culture of philanthropy at APS.
Kevin is the director of development for the American Physical Society (APS). He joined APS in September of 2020 and has made it a priority to help build a culture of philanthropy with the support of the development team for the Society.
Prior to joining APS, Kevin was a philanthropy officer for the American Diabetes Association (ADA) working to raise funds for diabetes research throughout the U.S. mid-Atlantic region. Prior to becoming a fundraiser for ADA, he served as their director of volunteer and staff communications.
Kevin’s other nonprofit work includes serving as a founding staff member of America’s Promise—The Alliance for Youth, the group started by the late General Colin Powell with the mission of mobilizing people from every sector to build the character and competence of American youth.
He holds an M.A. from Central Michigan University and a B.S. in communications from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Kevin, his spouse, and their pandemic rescue dog, Annie, reside in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
