    Alexandra (Allie) Lau, PhD, is a senior program manager for public engagement at APS. She has a PhD in physics education research from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Her specialization is in faculty and student professional development and scientific community management. She is passionate about supporting APS members and affiliates in enacting research-based and equity-oriented public engagement initiatives.
