APS invests in journals platform accessibility
At APS, we are committed to making scientific research as accessible as possible to all members of our community. As part of that commitment, we are excited to announce recent updates to our journals platform and the content it hosts, offering enhanced accessibility features designed to provide a faster, more inclusive experience for readers with a wide range of needs.
This important step aligns with our goal of broadening access to scientific knowledge, with APS journals’ content now more easily navigable by people using keyboard shortcuts and assistive technologies such as alternative control and input devices or screen readers. While this marks a significant milestone, we recognize that accessibility is an ongoing journey, and this work is never truly finished. We welcome feedback from our community and encourage you to share thoughts on how we can continue improving access to APS publications. For comments and suggestions, please reach out to the APS Help team.
Thank you for supporting our efforts as a purpose-led publisher, striving to make science more accessible, inclusive, and impactful for all.
