Audio-Visual Policy at the Meetings

All rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, lavaliere microphone, and pointer. If you require additional equipment, it can be rented through the official APS AV vendor, Freeman AV.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SCREEN SIZE: This year, screens provided for the DAMOP Meeting will use projectors and screens with a 16:9 aspect ratio. However, presentations that use a 4:3 aspect ratio will still be visible without distortion.
