Abstract
The APS Mid-Atlantic Senior Physicists Group held an open discussion forum focusing on the IPCC report: "Climate Change 2007: The Physical Science Basis - Summary for Policy Makers" that was issued early in February. It is availabe on-line at http://www.ipcc.ch/SPM2feb07.pdf
The purpose of the forum was to open this report for wider discussion among the members of the APS Senior Physics Group. Typically a forum will start with initial brief descriptions of various aspects of the report followed by discussion. The number of attendees who wish to speak and comment will be a factor in the time allotted to speakers.
