Online Registration is available to members and non-members. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration Fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs.
Pre-Registration fees are honored up to 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 12.
The higher registration fees start at 12:00 a.m. on October 13 until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 26. Starting October 27 all attendees must register onsite.
Please note that if you submitted an abstract for the 71st Annual Gaseous Electronics Conference, you must register for the GEC meeting.

The deadline for mailing or faxing your DPP Meeting 2018 Pre-Registration Form has passed.
Members receive substantial registration discounts compared to non-members. You can join APS and DPP or renew or reinstate your membership when you register for the meeting.
The non-member fee is higher than the member fee for both early and on-site registration. Save on registration fees by joining APS and DPP.
Registration is free for undergraduate students, but not graduate physics students. Undergraduates who wish to take advantage of free registration must:

Members of APS Reciprocal Societies should NOT register online. Instead, please complete the DPP Registration Form . Fax or mail the form with your credit card information as per the form.

If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing (email accepted). Written cancellations must be sent to APS by Friday, November 2, 2018. All cancellations are assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling.
The Gaseous Electronics Conference organizers will hold 3 workshops in Portland. One workshop will start on Sunday, November 4 and continue on Monday, November 5. The additional two workshops will be held on Monday, November 5. DPP registered attendees can attend the workshops at no cost. You may review a description of the GEC workshops on the GEC website.
The Gaseous Electronics Conference organizers will host a Welcome Reception on Monday, November 5 at the Doubletree Hotel in the Lloyd Center Ballroom. GEC Welcome Reception tickets may be purchased by companions or DPP registrants on either the DPP or GEC online registration form. The early registration period cost is $75 (by September 21). The late registration cost is $95 (after September 21), as space permits. You may review updates for the GEC Welcome Reception on the GEC website.
