The 62nd Annual Meeting of the APS Division of Plasma Physics (DPP) will be held in Memphis, Tennessee, November 9-13, 2020. All technical sessions will be held in the Memphis Cook Convention Center. The DPP headquarters hotel is the Sheraton Memphis Downtown Hotel, located at 250 North Main Street, Memphis, Tennessee 38103, USA.
Travel time from the Memphis International Airport (MEM) to the Sheraton Hotel is approximately 15 minutes. There is a variety of ground transportation vehicles available outside of baggage claim.
Poster Session boards are freestanding, with a display area measuring four (4) feet high by eight (8) feet wide. Push-pins are provided.
All oral presentations will be set to project widescreen 16.9 format.

We encourage you to submit a nomination with relevant references, supporting remarks, and include DPP members who may be contacted about the nomination. Due to the web-based processing, we cannot handle supporting letters—all information should be included in the online nomination form under Supporting Remarks. The invited, review, and tutorial talk nominations deadline is Wednesday, May 6, 2020.
Mini-conference proposals should be submitted to the Program Chair, Michael Brown (email@example.com), with a copy to Saralyn Stewart, (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday, May 6, 2020.
