I was born in New York, but raised in San Francisco. My interest in physics began when I first started college. It was an astronomy class that sparked my interest in physics, and from that first class it has grown. What has kept my interest in physics alive is that I am always challenged and never bored by physics. I am currently studying astrophysics at San Francisco State University where I also intend to work on a project with Dr. Stephen Kane on exoplanets during the summer session. The project will include data from the Habitable Zone Gallery, which contains data from hundreds of exoplanets in the habitable zones of stars. This will be my greatest challenge as a physics student and I cannot wait to begin working on it.
