International Attendee Registration and Letter of Invitation Information

As a welcoming global hub for physicists, APS is delighted to include international attendees at our events, such as the APS March Meeting, APS April Meeting, and APS Division or Topical Group Meetings. To assist international attendees, APS provides resources on obtaining a visa and traveling to the United States. APS strongly recommends international attendees review the APS visa information page. To avoid visa-related problems, review the Visa Delays page. For additional information, review the Entering the United States page.
