Graduate School Fair at the APS March and April Meetings

Each year at the March Meeting, APS hosts a graduate school fair as part of Future of Physics Days (FPD) events for undergraduate students. The graduate school fair is co-located with the undergraduate student lounge—a relaxing space for students to take a break during the meeting and an excellent opportunity for undergrads to learn about graduate programs.

For the first time this year, there will be a Graduate School Fair at the APS April Meeting located just outside the undergraduate research rooms. Food will be provided during the event so attendance is expected to be high.

APS March Meeting 2024 Graduate School Fair

March Meeting 2024 is an opportunity to showcase graduate programs to advance physicists' educational opportunities at the in-person March Meeting 2024 in Minneapolis, MN.

Schedule

Setup: Monday, March 4, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT

Grad Fair:
Monday, March 4, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. CT
Tuesday, March 5, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT

APS April Meeting 2024 Graduate School Fair

April Meeting 2024 is an opportunity to recruit students interested in particle physics, nuclear physics, astrophysics, cosmology, and more!
