This conference, formerly AGL, is led by an advisory board made up of women from many different professional backgrounds at varying levels in their careers. The advisory board members guide the activities and priorities of the conference to ensure that the program meets its goals in supporting women and gender minority graduate students and postdocs.
The activities within this initiative are open to individuals who do not identify as cisgender men. We encourage participation of cisgender women, gender non-binary individuals, and transgender individuals.
