Student Travel Grants

Email | Print

Travel support will be available for students in the geographical region encompassed by SESAPS this year. Undergraduate and graduate students who are first author on research papers in a SESAPS (not SPS) session are eligible for modest travel grants. The total amount available will be $4,500, with the maximum grant being $250 to a single individual. We hope that this will provide encouragement to those students considering the submission of a paper. The information that is necessary to apply for this support is shown below. Send the information on this form to Thomas B. Clegg, Department of Physics & Astronomy, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC 27599-3255 <clegg@physics.unc.edu> by September 27, 2008.  Use either email or snail mail.
