GSNP Student Speaker Award

The GSNP Graduate Student Award is for best contributed talk at the March meeting by a graduate student in the area of Statistical and Nonlinear Physics. Students presenting their talks are nominated by their advisors. Five finalists will present their talk in a special session at the March meeting to a three-member committee, who will review the nomination material and select a winner. The winner will receive a $1,000 award and each of the other four finalists will receive $300 awards. In addition, March meeting expenses up to $500 will be covered for each finalist."
