The workshop is the third workshop organized by the APS Topical Group on Hadron Physics. It will consist of plenary, parallel sessions, with the possibility of a poster session. The topics to be discussed at the meeting include: light quark mesons; heavy quark mesons; light baryons; heavy baryons; exotic hadrons; quark models; lattice gauge theory; effective lagrangians; AdS/QCD, initial and final state interactions, quark gluon liquid; hadronic structure; electroweak physics; nucleon spin physics; future facilities.

The deadline for abstract submission is March 1st. The deadline for registration, and for making hotel reservations at the reduced rate is March 28th.
