Traveling to/from Princeton and from/to Newark Liberty International Airport using rail
Passengers may take the AirTrain from airport to the rail link station, where they should transfer to the New Jersey Transit train (NJ Transit rail) to Princeton Junction Train Station on the Northeast Corridor Line. After arriving at the Princeton Junction Train Station, you may take a cab at the station to your hotel. Trains have limited space for baggage.
To and from Philadelphia International Airport
Passengers may take Septa's (215-580-7800) R1 Airport Line to 30th Street Station and transfer to the SEPTA R7 train to Trenton, where you'll connect to the New Jersey Transit, Northeast Corridor Line train to Princeton Junction. After arriving at the Princeton Junction Train Station, you may take a cab at the station to your hotel. Trains have limited space for baggage.
To and from JFK airport
If you’re arriving at JFK, there are three AirTrain JFK routes that stop at every terminal: the All Terminals Route, the Howard Beach Route and the Jamaica Station Route. These routes can connect you to other routes as well as connections to the Long Island Rail Road and New York City subways and buses. Passengers can travel to and from NY (Manhattan’s) Penn Station on the Long Island Rail Road in about 35 minutes (http://www.panynj.gov/airports/jfk-to-from.html). To Princeton Junction Train Station, you take the New Jersey Transit Northeast Corridor Line from NY Penn Station. After arriving at the Princeton Junction Train Station, you may take a cab at the station to your hotel. Trains have limited space for baggage.
If you’re departing from JFK, there are two convenient locations where you can connect to AirTrain JFK: Jamaica Station and Howard Beach Station. Both are served by numerous connections to Long Island Rail Road trains, New York City subways and local buses. From Princeton Junction Train Station, you take the New Jersey Transit Northeast Corridor Line to NY Penn Station.
Traveling to/from Princeton and from/to the local airports using the state shuttle
State Shuttle offers economical direct scheduled service to and from Newark Liberty, JFK International, and Philadelphia airports connecting with several locations in the Princeton area. Please check their website for current rates. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, traveler’s checks, and cash are accepted. Passengers are permitted two large suitcases and one carry-on per person. Oversized luggage will be loaded on a space available basis. Since there are several stops on the route, the trip to Princeton can take up to two hours from Newark Liberty and Philadelphia airports, and up to four hours from JFK and LaGuardia airports, assuming no delays.

Directions by car to the Westin Hotel
Take Route 33 West to Route 571 West. Turn right onto Route 1 North. Continue on Route 1 North for 3 miles to the College Road West Exit. Go through the traffic light, and the hotel will be on the left.
Take Route 1 North to I-95 North into New Jersey. The road turns into I-295 South. Take I-295 South to Exit 67 (Route 1 North). Continue for approximately 6 miles to the College Road West Exit, and the hotel will be on the left.
Take Interstate 95 North, which turns into Interstate 295 North. Continue on I-295 North to Exit 67 (Route 1 North towards New Brunswick). Stay on Route 1 North for approximately 6 miles to the College Road West Exit. The hotel will be on your left.
Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 to Route 18 North for 1/2 mile. Go to Route 1 South for approximately 13 miles to the College Road West Exit. Go through the traffic light, and the hotel will be on your left.
