Maximum Award Allocation: $500

Eligibility: Graduate students who are members of APS and FGSA

Application Material: CV and a maximum 2-page statement of purpose describing applicant’s interest in the conference and how his/her participation will benefit him/her personally and professionally. They also have to include a list of objectives they hope to accomplish during the conference.

Deadline: May 15, 2012 for the conferences in the third quarter of 2012 (July 1^st - September 30^th). Decisions will be made by the end of May. The next round of applications will start being accepted soon.
