Online Registration is available to members and non-members. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration Fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs.

Online Registration is available to APS DPP members and non-members. If you register online, you must pay by credit card. You will receive an automatic email confirmation receipt after you register.
Mail or Fax Registration
Please mail or fax the DPP Meeting 2016 Pre-Registration Form to be received by October 7, 2016. Faxed registrations must be paid by credit card. If you also wish to join APS and/or DPP when you register for the Meeting, complete the APS Membership Enrollment Form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.
Members receive substantial registration discounts compared to non-members. You can join APS and DPP or renew or reinstate your membership when you register for the meeting.
The non-member registration fee is higher than member registration for both early and regular registration. Save on registration fees by joining APS and DPP. Non APS DPP members may also register online. If you are not yet an member and wish to receive member discounts, you may join APS and DPP when you register.
Undergraduate Student Registration
Registration is free for undergraduate students, but not graduate students.
Undergraduates who wish to take advantage of free registration must:
- Join APS (and DPP) before registering
- Wait approximately 2 business days to receive verification of your student status
- Register for the DPP Annual Meeting
Students who have been approved to join and have registered for the DPP Meeting can immediately print a receipt.
International Attendee Registration
Visa Letter of Invitation
If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the DPP annual meeting contact Saralyn Stewart (email@example.com). To avoid delay when requesting a letter of invitation include:
- Your name exactly as it appears on your passport
- Your affiliation
- Your current mailing address
- Your submitted abstract title and all authors
Allow 7-10 days to receive your letter.
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies should NOT register online. Instead, please complete the DPP Registration Form. Fax or mail the form with your credit card information as per the form.

If you join APS when registering for the Annual Meeting, you must also complete the APS Membership Enrollment Form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.

If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing (email accepted). Written cancellations must be sent to APS by October 28, 2016. All cancellations are assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for canceling.
