Online Registration
Online Registration is available to members and non-members beginning in June. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration Fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs.
Member Registration
You can join APS and DPP when you register for the DPP Meeting if you register online. If you wish to register by fax or mail, download and submit a Membership Enrollment Form
with your Registration Form. Fax or mail the Forms with check or credit card information. Members receive substantial registration discounts compared to non-members. You can join or renew or reinstate your membership when you register for the meeting.
Non-Member Registration
The non-member registration fee is approximately $125 higher than member registration for both early and regular registration. Save on registration fees by joining APS and DPP. If you are joining when registering, submit a Membership Enrollment form
with your registration. Be sure to select the box to become a DPP member and include payment for both registration and membership.
Non APS DPP members may also register online. If you are not yet an APS DPP member and wish to receive member discounts, you may join APS and become a DPP member when you register.

Undergraduate Student Registration
Registration is free for undergraduate students, but not graduate students. Undergraduates who wish to take advantage of free registration must:- Join APS (and DPP) before registering
- Wait approximately 2 business days to receive verification of your student status
- Register for the DPP Annual Meeting
Students who have been approved to join and have registered for the DPP Meeting can immediately print a confirmation (receipt).
International Visitor Registration
Register early for the DPP annual meeting to avoid problems with visa application. When requesting a letter of meeting attendance invitation, allow 7-10 business days to receive your letter. Members of APS Reciprocal Societies should NOT register online. Instead mail or fax the DPP Meeting Registration Form with credit card information. Alternatively, mail a check drawn on a U.S. Bank in U.S. dollars, along with the Meeting Registration Form. If you are joining APS and DPP at the time of registering, you must also complete the Membership Enrollment Form
with payment for both registration and membership. Delays in the approval of a visa application are best handled by early application.
Visa Letter of Invitation
If you need a personal letter of invitation to attend the DPP annual meeting contact Saralyn Stewart (stewart@physics.utexas.edu) and a letter will be sent to you. To avoid delay when requesting a letter of invitation allow 7-10 days to receive your letter and please include:- Your name exactly as it appears on your passport
- Your current mailing address
- Your submitted abstract title and all authors
