55th Annual Meeting of the APS Division of Plasma Physics
November 11-15, 2013 • Denver, Colorado
Mini-Conferences
Mini-Conferences are intended to attract papers that are not typically part of the DPP regular meeting but that are plasma physics related and that would enhance the scientific scope of the meeting. A mini-conference subject should not appear year after year in the meeting program, but rather become a regular category or subcategory of the meeting program.
Mini-Conference Guidelines for Organizers
Mini-conference presenters should submit their abstract electronically following the oral contributed abstract guidelines, and must (1) include the Mini-Conference title in the Special Instructions and (2) select the Subject Category 15.0. Presenters at mini-conferences are not precluded from submitting a separate abstract.
Mini-conference proposals should be submitted to the Program Chair, Mark Koepke (mkoepke@wvu.edu), with a copy to Saralyn Stewart, (stewart@physics.utexas.edu) by Wednesday, May 15.
