Choosing DPP-designated hotels helps to offset meeting costs by ensuring that the contracted-discount room-block threshold is met. Not meeting the contracted-discount room block revokes the facilities discount applied to DPP’s cost of meeting rooms and facilities. Attendees are encouraged to choose designated hotels.

DPP has obtained a limited block of government rate rooms at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel for the 2013 DPP Meeting. The government rate will be the prevailing rate at the time of hotel check-in. Proof of government employment must be shown at check-in to receive the government rate.
