Job Posting Policy

In October, 2004, DBIO Officers decided to publish job ads in our bimonthly Newsletter, and to co-list on DBIO web site as a free service for our members. Job ads must be for positions in biological physics or a closely related discipline. For an academic opening, the submitter must be a DBIO member, or become one by joining. For a government or industrial opening, the employer must register with the APS Career Center and may list it free with DBIO. Please provide this membership information (Member name, number) or APS Career Center registration documentation when requesting posting of an ad.

The ad should be about 20 lines in length, without any logo, and preferably in Microsoft Word format. Please specify the number of Newsletter issues the ad to be listed. The content may be subjected to DBIO’s editorial change.

Please submit all ads to the current Editor of DBIO Newsletter. Please direct any policy questions to the current DBIO Secretary.

Posted 11-05-2004, amended 9-23-2008 by Shirley Chan (ret.) and Tom Nordlund, Secretary-Treasurer, DBIO.
