Blewett Application

If an applicant does not wish to use the online application form, a PDF application may be submitted.  Applicants must follow the instructions listed under Application Package for submitting PDF applications.

Application Package
The application should be formatted on 8 1/2 x 11-inch paper using 12-point font size.  Assemble it as:

1. Cover sheet
   
2. Abstract (limit to 200 words) and Statement of Research (limit to 2500 words)
3. Statement concerning career break (limit to 500 words)
4. Budget
5. Curriculum Vitae (limit to 2 pages)

Please generate all above materials as a single PDF document and email it to: Blewett@aps.org

Email confirmation will be sent as we receive your application package.  If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of sending your materials, email Blewett@aps.org or call (301) 209-3231.

Recommendation and Support Letters

One to three letter(s) of recommendation, one of which may be from a designated mentor, should be sent to Blewett@aps.org.  A letter of institutional support during the tenure of the grant should be sent to Blewett@aps.org

The subject line of the email should include the name of the applicant for whom the letter is being submitted.
