There is personal leave/leave of absence which doesn't stop the clock with regards to years to finish their degree but under this there are exceptions: maternity, miltary and medical which will stop the clock.

There is family health insurance available. There are no fees included in stipend.

The Head of our Department is a female physicist and the President of our Institute is also a female physicist.
Our faculty have an open door policy and we treasure each student and mentor them to succeed in academics as well as emotional intelligence and prepare them for careers that will contribute not only to the science community but have an impact world-wide.
