Yes. No.

Please describe why someone applying to graduate school who is interested in a female-friendly department should choose your department.

We are a small department with a highly favorable faculty-to-student ratio, where each student can expect to get adequate personal attention. Much of our research work is conducted at nearby national labs - Fermilab and Argonne - where particular attention is paid to gender equality.

Has the institution had a Climate for Women in Physics Site Visit or Gender Equity Conversation?
