Yes, it's included in graduate teaching/research fellowships

Please describe why someone applying to graduate school who is interested in a female-friendly department should choose your department.

It's a small friendly department in general. And with 20% of the faculty being female, the department has a better gender balance than most physics departments. Additionally there are several university wide mentoring/support programs available for women.
