Ben Williams
Wheaton College
Background:
My name is Ben Williams and I was born in Boulder, CO and now live in Erie, CO. I have lived in Colorado my entire life and love it. I enjoy playing golf, basketball, and Frisbee with friends and I like all sports. My interest for physics started with my family, as my grandpa was a high school physics teacher, and my dad is a physicist. I loved hearing stories about the classroom and taking visits to the lab. I chose to study physics because it allows me to discover the world around us, I love the hands on nature of it and performing experiments. I also decided to study physics because it is a versatile subject that can open many doors. My goal is to go to medical school after I finish college and I know physics will help me immensely in any profession I choose. I am planning on attending Wheaton College in Illinois in the fall.
