Born in Alexandria, VA on December 20, 1987. Resident of Las Piedras, Puerto Rico since the age of 3 years. Graduated from Antilles High School (AHS) in Fort Buchanan, PR. where he was the salutatorian for the Class 2005. Eduardo will be attending his second year at Iowa State University, where he is the recipient of the full tuition scholarship George Washington Carver. He will be majoring in physics. His interest in physics began in elementary school when he became an avid reader of all kinds of books related to the universe and its mysteries. As he learned more about black holes, the big bang theory, and subatomic particles his interest in physics became a passion. After he completes his Baccalaureate in Physics, his plans are to purse graduate school and obtain a PhD in Physics.

Eduardo is the recipient of the following awards: National Deans List, National Society Of Collegiate Scholars, Presidents Award for Education Excellence, Whos Who Among High School Students, National Honor Student, National Hispanic Scholar, Coca Cola Scholarship Semifinalist, National Venture Scholar, and numerous academic and community service awards.

He is active in his church, where he is in the Community Life Team, and in the Choir. Eduardo plays the alto saxophone and is a member of the Iowa State Marching Band.
