Prize Recipient

Kamal Ndousse
Massachusetts Institute of Technology


Background:

Kamal Ndousse recently graduated from Montgomery Blair High School in Silver Spring, Maryland. His academic interests focus on math and physics – he plans to pursue a career as a theoretical physicist. Last summer, Kamal worked at the University of Maryland on a project entitled "The Baryon Mass in the Large Nc and Heavy Quark Limits." This summer, Kamal is working at the National Institute of Standards and Technology on a project focused on minimizing error in interpretation of medical images. Kamal will attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology next fall.
