Sergio Mundo
Massachusetts Institute of Technology

My name is Sergio Mundo, I was born in Alexandria, Virginia, but raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I decided to study physics because I love to learn how the universe works, and because I enjoy tackling problems and challenges of a scientific or mathematical nature. My hobbies include playing the violin, which has helped me appreciate a large variety of music ranging from classical to rock, and watching and playing soccer. This fall, I will be attending the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where I plan to continue to pursue my love of mathematics and physics for the next four years.
