Sarah Kostinski

Background:

Sarah Kostinski is a rising senior at the University of Michigan--Ann Arbor studying physics and music. Growing up in Michigan's scenic Upper Peninsula has encouraged an interest in nature and the sciences, eventually leading to her choice of physics with a particular emphasis on optics. She enjoys spending time out in the woods and by the Lake Superior shore, whether it be cross-country skiing, hiking, or kayaking. Otherwise she can often be found reading or playing the violin and organ.  After completing undergraduate studies, Sarah plans to attend graduate school in physics.
