Background:

My name is Roberto A. Rodríguez Torres. I was born in Dallas, Texas, but I've spent most of my life in Puerto Rico. Ever since I was young, I was interested in how things work, which led me to turn to science for answers. This curiosity fueled my natural affinity towards mathematics, something shared by most members of my family. My parents always encouraged my academic interests from a young age. Furthermore, I always had great teachers who believed in me and were a great help in my intellectual formation. I am expecting to attend the University of Puerto Rico at Humacao this August as a Physics major. Here, I hope to further amass the knowledge necessary to pursue a career in Physics.
