Natalia Guerrero
Massachusetts Institute of Technology

My name is Natalia Guerrero, I’m from Orlando, Florida, and am majoring in physics at MIT.  I first considered physics and astronomy as a high school student, stargazing in my backyard. When I got to MIT, I wasn’t sure where it was going to take me, but so far, I have found the journey challenging and greatly rewarding and I have fallen in love with the physics world. I am doing research this summer at the MIT Laboratory for Nuclear Science. I am very grateful to the American Physical Society for their support and am looking forward to what the coming year holds.
