Background:

Matthew Bunn is a Senior Research Associate in the Project on Managing the Atom at Harvard Universitys John F. Kennedy School of Government. Previously, Bunn directed a seminal National Academy of Sciences study on disposition of excess plutonium, and served as editor of the journal Arms Control Today. He is the author or co-author of more than a dozen books or major technical reports, and dozens of articles in publications ranging from Science and Nuclear Technology to Foreign Policy and The Washington Post.
