Evaluation and Feedback

At the end of the Teachers' Day events, it is recommended that each participant is provided a detailed evaluation form (here is a sample). Questions should solicit feedback on each of the workshops, the research talks, and lunch, and should include general comments and suggestions for improvement. Feedback from the evaluation forms has been proven highly valuable for the design of future events. For a sample of the APS form, contact Ed Lee (lee@aps.org).
