Apply for Both APS and AIP Congressional Fellowships

Email | Print

The American Institute of Physics and the American Physical Society each sponsor their own SEPARATE Fellowship programs. Please be aware that membership qualifications differ slightly for the two programs. However, as long as you are eligible for both, a single set of application materials sent to the email address below will be considered for both Fellowships. To apply, candidates should submit the materials requested below. All application materials must be submitted by January 15 of the year in which the Fellowship term is being applied for. Fellowship terms generally begin in the early Fall, and are for twelve months. Finalists will be interviewed in person several months after the January 15 deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

This form will ask you to fill out your contact information and additional information regarding your application. Please submit this form before emailing any additional application materials. You will then be given an email address to submit your letter of intent and resume. You will also be given instructions for arranging submission of three letters of reference.
