Credentialed full-time journalists and professional freelance journalists working on assignment are invited to attend the conference free of charge. If you are a reporter and would like to attend, please contact James Riordon, Head of Media Relations, about free registration.

A dedicated and staffed press room will operate throughout the meeting at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. Phones, computers, printers, and free wireless Internet access will be available to reporters using the press room. Complimentary food service is offered to journalists Monday - Friday.
