There are phones in the convention center corridors that link directly to the A-V office. If you have an A-V problem, use these phones to call the A-V office.


APS Meeting Audio-Visual Policy

In keeping with our legally binding contract with our Audio-Visual (A-V) vendor, AVMG, speakers are not permitted to bring their own projection equipment to use at the Meeting.

Please read the APS A-V Meeting Policy and Tips for a list of provided equipment, how to set it up, and how to practice with the equipment before the session.
