Preparing for Your Presentation
- If you plan to do a PowerPoint presentation, please bring your program on your own laptop computer. If your laptop does not have VGA output, you must provide your own VGA adapter.
- Be sure to visit the Speaker Ready Room to run through your presentation to ensure that it goes smoothly during your session.
- When you arrive at the session in which you are speaking, please have your laptop turned on and ready to go.
All rooms will be equipped with an LCD projector, screen, lavaliere microphone, and pointer. If you require additional equipment, it can be rented through the official APS AV vendor, Freeman AV.
NOTE: The cost of additional equipment must be covered by the speaker. You are not allowed to bring/use your own projectors at the meeting.
PLEASE NOTE: This year, the March Meeting will use projectors and screens with a 16:9 aspect ratio. However, presentations that use a 4:3 aspect ratio will still be visible without distortion.
