Business and Internet Services

Abstract Look-Up Stations

If you want to look up an abstract, you may use one of the abstract look-up stations located in the corridors of the convention center. These computers do not include email or Internet access.

Self-Service Business Center

Convention Center
Upper Level - MLK Lobby
Open 7 days a week
7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Fees vary for the business center services.

Business Center

The Oregon Convention Center has a self-service business center located in the ML King Lobby.

Email Service

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
An email pavilion will be set up in the Exhibit Hall for attendees to retrieve and send email messages on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during Exhibit Hall hours only. 

Thursday
On Thursday, email service will be available during registration hours near the APS Registration Desk. Email access is available in the business offices at most hotels for a fee.

Red arrow   Please be advised that email access is provided as a service to attendees, and that we do not provide unlimited access to email stations, both in terms of the number of email stations provided and the times they are available. Email service is also available in most of the hotels.

Wireless Service

APS will sponsor free wireless in the public space in the Convention Center.  Wireless service will not be available in the meeting rooms. Attendees will be provided with the wireless access code prior to the meeting.
