Registration Cancellation
Deadline: March 15, 2013
Registration cancellations must be received in writing (emails accepted) by March 15, 2013. All cancellations are assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason.

You can register in Baltimore at the APS Registration Desk. If you are presenting an 8:00 a.m. session, do not wait until that morning to register.

**Free rate is only applicable to undergraduate APS members in the United States, Canada, or Mexico. Student non-members must pay non-member rates, unless joining APS when registering for the Meeting.

ID Required
At the time you register you will be asked either for your printed confirmation or other form of ID.
Badge Monitoring
All attendees must register for the meeting. Attendees must wear their badges at all times. Badge monitors will be checking for badges before allowing admission to the sessions. Attendees without badges will not be admitted to sessions or the exhibit hall.
If you lose your badge, please go to the APS registration desk for a new one. We will give you one replacement badge free. After that replacement badges will cost $10.00.
Photo Release
APS will take photographs at the March Meeting. By registering for the March Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow APS to use your photo in APS-related publications, materials, or websites.
