To register by fax or mail, download and complete the March Meeting Registration Form. Fax or mail the form with a check or credit card information.

To save money, join APS when registering. Fax or mail a Membership Enrollment form with your registration form. Be sure to include payment for both registration and membership.

You can register in Baltimore at the APS Registration Desk. If you register on-site, plan to stand in long lines and pay much higher fees. If you are presenting an abstract at an 8:00 a.m. session, do not wait until that morning to register.
If you register online, your last page is your registration confirmation. You can print this page as an official receipt. If you do not print or save this page when you register, click the Registration Status button on the registration page and use that confirmation as your receipt.

At the time you register you will be asked either for your printed confirmation or other form of ID.
All attendees must register for the meeting. Attendees must wear their badges at all times. Badge monitors will be checking for badges before allowing admission to the sessions. Attendees without badges will not be admitted to sessions or the exhibit hall.
If you lose your badge, please go to the APS registration desk for a new one. We will give you one replacement badge free. After that replacement badges will cost $10.00.
APS will take photographs at the March Meeting. By registering for the March Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow APS to use your photo in APS-related publications, materials, or websites.
