Hotel Discounts

APS has contracted with hotels near the Oregon Convention Center for discounted rooms for APS Meeting attendees.  To receive discounted rates:

•  Use APS-Portland Housing Service
To receive a discounted room rate you must make your reservation through the Portland Housing Service—not through a hotel or APS.

•  Reserve Your Room Early
Hotel blocks usually sell out before the deadline. Reserve your room well before the February 10 deadline. Reservations made after February 10, 2010 will be made on a space-available basis and may be charged significantly higher rates.

Reserving a Discounted Room

You can reserve your room through the APS-Portland Housing Service online or by fax. Do not call a hotel or the APS-Portland Housing Bureau to make your reservation.

Want to share hotel room expenses? Visit the APS Roommate Bulletin Board to find other people who are interested in splitting hotel costs. Once you find a roommate, one of you must make one reservation for both of you through the APS-Portland Housing Bureau.
