The March Meeting Headquarters hotel, the Westin Boston Waterfront Hotel, overlooks the Boston Harbor. The Westin is connected via sky bridge to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC).

Discounted Room Rates

Reservation Deadline: January 12, 2012
American Physical Society has partnered with onPeak housing service to obtain reduced rates for hotels near the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC).

To receive a discounted room rate you must make your reservation through onPeak.

Do not contact the hotel to make your reservation. You will not be put in an APS room block and you will not receive the APS discounted room rate.

Reserving Your Room

You may make your hotel reservation online, by phone, fax. or email. All reservations require a credit card to hold the reservation. You will receive confirmation from onPeak after you reserve your room. To fax your reservation, download the Housing Reservation Form and return it. Reserve before January 12, 2012.

Reservation Deposits
Your credit card will not be charged when you book your hotel; however, a deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is one night's stay at the confirmed hotel plus current tax of 14.45%, subject to change. When you check-in, you may pay for your room with the same credit card or use a different one. Please refer to your confirmation for full details, which may vary per hotel.

Cancellations

Cancellations Before February 24, 2012.

• Cancellations may be made 72 hours before expected arrival without penalty.

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours from the confirmed check-in date or not cancelled at all (no-shows) will lose the full deposit amount. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for full cancellation details, which may vary by hotel.
