Satellite meetings are those sponsored by non-APS groups. A list of these meetings will be posted in early February.

Satellite Meeting Requests

Application Deadline: January 18, 2010

Requests for satellite meetings must be emailed or faxed (301-209-0866) to Terri Gaier, Assistant Director of APS Meetings.

Request Must Include

• Name of the event
  
• Preferred date and time
  
• Attendance estimate
  
• Room set-up requirements
  
• Audio/visual requirements
  
• Food and beverage requirements
  

Request Reminders

• Request early!  Space is limited and will be allocated on a space-available basis.
• All non-APS satellite meeting requests are subject to approval by APS.
• All satellite meetings will be held in the headquarters hotel, Hilton Hotel.
