APS Information Booths
Got some downtime at the meeting? Stop by an APS Information Booth and learn about some of APS’s Programs and Initiatives. APS Staff is on hand with lots of giveaways and information for you to make the most of your time at the meeting. Check back later for booth hours and locations within the convention center.
APS Membership Booth
The APS Membership Department staff will be on hand to answer questions about APS Membership, journal subscriptions and other new services.
APS Journals Booth
Editors of the APS journals and members of the technical and marketing staff will be on hand at the APS Journals Booth in the Exhibit Hall to answer questions on all matters pertaining to the APS journals.
APS Education & Diversity Booth
The APS Education & Diversity Department will be available to answer questions and provide free program information and materials about education K-graduate school, ethics, and about women physicist and minority physicist programs.
APS Outreach Booth
The APS Outreach Department will be available to answer questions about promoting physics in your community and schools. Stop by for free program information and materials.
Stop by the Contact Congress booth to sign your name to letters to your Congressional delegation on the importance of federal funding for basic research.
APS Undergrad Information Booth
This is the place for undergraduate meeting attendees to get information about student events, pick up an Undergraduate Epitome, and grab their physicists T-shirts!
APS Senior and Retired Members Lounge
The Senior Lounge area is available for retired members attending the March Meeting. Please see the APS Membership Booth for more information.
