Join Us at the Sing-And-Listen-Along!

Like to learn new favorites? Wish you had some snappy songs that teach physics? Just want to sing and laugh or listen and laugh? This year's sing-a-long will feature some of your favorite songs from previous years, as well as lots of wonderful new songs. We will have two special performances.

Old Favorites

  • "Oh How I Love to Do Physics" (set to "Oh What a Beautiful Morning" from "Oklahoma")
  • "Fabricate" (the one about the Bell Labs scientist who made up data, set to "Cabaret")

New Songs

  • "Bogoliubov!" (set to "Oklahoma!")
  • "Ground Loop Blues" (set to an original tune, but you'll catch on quickly)

Special Performances
We will have a special performance by Professor Robin Selinger of Tom Lehrer's "Slide Rule Song", which has not been performed since 1952. There will also be a special performance by a research group from Purdue with a new song about Density Functional Theory!

Proof of Fun
