Upon arrival at Denver International Airport:
SuperShuttle Passengers: All guests must check-in at the SuperShuttle counter after collecting baggage. Please note, due to unpredictable variables with air travel, we board our shuttles on a first come-first served basis. Please follow the signage to the main terminal-baggage claim on Level 5.Our counter is to the right when at the top of the escalators from the train.
From Concourse A- Walkway, our counter is in the middle area of the main terminal on level 5, designated for ground transportation. Please note: the counter is closed from 11pm to 6am. If you arrive between these hours, please use the courtesy phone located at the ticket counter to notify reservations of your arrival.
Upon return to the Denver Airport:
Meet the van at the hotel entrance at the pre-arranged time. You may use your confirmation number to board any of the scheduled vehicles.
Note: You do not have to have an advance reservation to ride SuperShuttle, but without a reservation you will pay the full fare at the ticket counter.
