Special Needs Requests
APS wishes to ensure that no one is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently due to the absence of auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need such services, please email the APS Meetings Department well in advance so that we can accommodate you.
International Attendees
Request Letter of Invitation
Register early for the April Meeting so that you can apply early for your visa. Most visa difficulties seem to arise from inadequate planning. If you need a letter of invitation, allow 7-10 days to receive your letter.
At the Meeting
ID Required
When you check-in at the Meeting you will be asked either for your printed confirmation or another form of ID.
Badge Monitoring
Registered attendees will receive a Meeting badge. Attendees must wear their badges at all times. Badge monitors will be checking for badges before allowing admission to the sessions. Attendees without badges will not be admitted to sessions.
Photo Release
APS will take photographs at the April Meeting. By registering for the April Meeting and its associated events, you agree to allow APS to use your photo in APS-related publications, materials, or web sites.
