Registration
The deadline for online registration has now passed. Registration must now be done on-site. On-site registration takes place at the Adams Mark Hotel beginning on Friday, April 11 at 2:00 p.m. The APS registration desk will remain open on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and re-open on Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. If you are giving a talk at the 8:00 a.m. session do not wait until that morning to register.

If you are not an APS member, you can join at the time you register and save money on registration fees, and then be eligible to receive membership benefits.

Ways to Register
On-site
Please be advised that when registering on-site, you should expect to stand in long lines. On-site registration fees are considerably higher than the early fees. Also, if you are presenting your abstract at an 8:00am session, do NOT wait until the morning of your talk to register.
Cancellation Fee
Cancellations must be received at APS in writing by April 11 (registrar@aps.org). All cancellations will be assessed a $40 cancellation fee REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR CANCELING.
