Exhibiting at the April Meeting

March 31 - April 2
9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Atlanta Hyatt Hotel

Exhibit Location
Limited space will be available for simple table-top exhibits in the Atlanta Hyatt, the Meeting headquarters hotel. 

The April Meeting does not have a dedicated exhibit space or floor plan for exhibits.  Display tables will be placed in high traffic locations throughout the Hyatt.

Exhibit Space Fees
Each table display includes (1) 3' x 6' table, (2) standard chairs, (1) waste can.

Reserving Exhibit Space
There is a limit of two exhibit tables per company.  If you are interested in having a table-top display, please fill out the Application to Exhibit form and fax it to (301) 209-3652 by Wednesday, February 1, 2012. APS send you email confirmation that we have received your application and payment within one week of receiving your application.

Setting Up
In early February, APS will send you information about shipping exhibit materials and ordering additional equipment or supplies (e.g., poster boards, signs, furniture).
