Act Early
Space is limited and often allocated before the reservation deadline. Request your space as soon as possible.
Satellite meetings are ancillary meetings sponsored by non-APS groups.
Satellite Meeting Requests
Meeting Request Deadline: February 1, 2012
If your group or organization wishes to hold a satellite meeting during the April Meeting, please contact Terri Gaier, Director of APS Meetings, as soon as possible.
Request Early
Space for satellite meetings at the Hyatt Hotel is limited. Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Request early. Spaces may be allocated well before the February 1 deadline.

- Preferred date and time
- Attendance estimate
- Room set-up requirements
- Audio/visual requirements
- Food and beverage requirements
- All non-APS satellite meeting requests are subject to approval by APS.
- All satellite meetings will be held in the Hyatt Hotel.
