Committee on Constitution & Bylaws

The membership of the Committee on Constitution and Bylaws shall consist of six members appointed by the President-Elect to staggered three-year terms. The President-Elect shall appoint the Chairperson from among the members. The Committee shall be responsible for recommending to Council actions concerning the Constitution and Bylaws of the Society and of its Divisions, Topical Groups, Forums, and Sections.
